As a former HR Ghostwriter for over a decade, I understand how stressful HR can be.
My clients used to pour their hearts out as we prepared for each piece of content.
While I now practice anonymous journaling with individual Duetists – employees, executives, outplacement, and jobseekers, my passion for working with HR professionals has not diminished.
So I created the “HR Journal Club” community.
HR Journal Club members share weekly journals with me on Signal so that I can then share anonymously with other members in the private Skool community.
The community is designed in such a way that there is zero engagement on posts. This is not a popularity contest. All members can read, but no one should be made to feel that their thoughts are more/less worthy than others. You will know the community members, but you will not know who is sharing what.
