Who are Founder/MD Duetists?

Founder/MD Duetists work with Duet Journal on an individual basis to lighten their mental load.

They might be retail MDs, founders of consumer brands, or owners of independent retail stores.

After a retail career with B&Q and Kingfisher, Paul Drury moved across to retail recruitment and was then an HR ghostwriter for more than a decade. 

He is perfectly placed to listen and offer asynchronous support.

Founder/MD Duetist Process

1. Founder/MD Duetists join a cohort of 10+ Duetists. They all receive the same Duet Code.

2. Founder/MD Duetists create an anonymous Signal account with a Duet Handle – @Simba.71 (etc)

3. Founder/MD Duetists send unlimited journal entry Duets (with the Duet Code) to @Parzival.11.

4. Parzival11 replies with journal prompts, journal coaching tips, and industry-specific support.

As Founder/MD Duetists join a cohort of 10+ and share the same Duet Code, Paul Drury does not know the identities behind individual Duet Handles.

Duet Codes are changed once a month.

There are also Employee Duetists, Outplacement Duetists, and Jobseeker Duetists.
